About this opportunity
Payments Technical Architect with rich experience in Banking/FinServ Payments domain and hands-on technical expertise in delivering Core Payments (P2P, P2M, UPI, Bill Payments etc) solutions & Transactional Systems.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead design & development of Transaction HUB solution which integrates, orchestrates and monitors financial transactions to deliver consistent processing across multiple payment types through a single platform
• Lead the evaluation of Open Source technologies, selection an implementation of technology solutions.
• Execute and own the baseline architecture and design activities collaborating with Product & Technology team
• Influence the product owner to balance the business and technical priorities and the value of the architecture work.
• Actively find ways (new technologies, tools, frameworks) to improve software solutions.

• Must have direct and recent experience in banking and payments processing in preferable Fintech organisation viz. FIS, Euronet ,Fiserv,ACI, FSS etc.
• Specialist knowledge in the stated architectural domain, and broader knowledge and experience in at least one further domain (Data, Core Banking, Security, Digital, Infra-structure, Products, Channels etc.)
• Experience across core payment features, including transaction history, P2P and money movement capabilities, integrated bill payment, transfers, and any custom features deployed.
• Knowledge of ATM/POS switching standards and ISO8583 messaging.
• Experience in working with any of Financial Solution (Payment) providers
• Hands-on expertise in large-scale transactional system development.
• Knowledge of Transaction Manager or State Machine programming.
• Knowledge of data models, data typing, and data security and relationship database concepts.
• Design, Development and Performance Optimization of robust/scalable Orchestration of APIs using J2EE based technologies, No-SQL databases and other MicroServices technologies.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with designing, developing and deploying high-availability, clustered architectures in an enterprise setting.
• Understanding of framework concepts, design patterns and architecture principles.
• Exposure to develop container-based orchestration oriented services to build self-healing, elastic infrastructure using cluster management platforms like Docker Swarm, Kubernetes etc.
• Knowledge of one of the frameworks supporting non-blocking i/o calls such as Reactive Spring, Netty , NodeJS , Play Framework etc.
